Dr. Trang Vo-Nguyen (Dr. V) is a board certified facial plastic surgeon, with certifications from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. She leads the Virginia Institute for Surgical Arts in Northern Virginia, which is a state of the art practice for several cosmetic surgery procedures. Patients in Chantilly, Fairfax and nearby areas may receive aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries for the face and neck from Dr. V.

The SWRB networking organization was launched in 2003. The organization served as a platform to connect professional women within the South Riding community who were actively pursuing their independent business interests. SWRB provided them with an opportunity to grow their businesses using the synergistic marketing power of the members to promote their products and services.
Objectives

Role of Members
Members of SWRB, including Dr. V, are committed to serving the needs of the entire Dulles South community by way of high quality and personalized service. Membership of the group includes women within the Dulles South section of Loudoun County, and also from other areas. Monthly meetings of the group are focused around cross promotion opportunities, networking, business leads, group business, celebrating member referrals, volunteering, and guest talks. The membership of the group continues to grow steadily, which allows it to make a larger impact on the community.
Membership of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce
Dr. V is a member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce in Northern Virginia, one of America’s fastest growing communities. Following its establishment in 1968, the organization has grown to become the largest Chamber of Commerce in Northern Virginia.
The organization includes more than 1,100 members, who are among the premier business and community leaders in the region. Some of the best businesses and professionals are a part of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce because of the high quality networking, marketing, information, and leadership opportunities that it provides in a competitive environment.

It offers a platform to address shared concerns and challenges and provides local business leaders an opportunity to grow and expand their enterprises effectively for the larger good of the society.
The mission of the Business Women of Loudoun is to provide entrepreneurial women in Loudoun community opportunities to foster relationships and gain the necessary knowhow that can help them achieve their personal, professional and organizational goals. The committee is also dedicated to supporting worth community causes.
The Green Business Initiative of LCCC has a mission to unite community members in their efforts to promote environmental sustainability, equip the business community to incorporate green practices into their facilities, and manage the successful Loudoun Green Business Challenge Competition each year. The competition provides businesses with an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, enhance profitability, and support sustainable communities.
The Health Business Challenge of the LCCC is a new initiative aimed at building recognition for businesses that are promoting effective policies and programs to support the wellness and productivity of their employees. The committee honors several organizations that demonstrated their commitment to supporting the optimal health and wellness of their employees.
