Education and Training

Dr. V graduated summa cum laude in Chemistry, and followed it with a medical degree from the University of Minnesota. She pursued her training in Internal Medicine at the University of California. Thereafter, she came back to the University of Minnesota to pursue residency training in Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery). Upon the completion of her residency, Dr. V was chosen for a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, Shreveport, LA.

In addition to providing dedicated and personalized plastic surgery solutions to patients at her practice, Dr. V also invests time in delivering lectures on the subject. She has authored several journal articles on advanced topics with the area of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery.
